His site gives clear, unambiguous advice on all aspects of vanity publishing – how to distinguish between reputable vanity publishers (ie those who do not mislead you as to what they are offering) and the more dodgy ones.

Ignore the ‘Koi Wonder' image on the home page and the fact that this is linked to the US science fiction writer's association site. This is the US version of Johnathon Clifford's site.
